Shipping Information
All orders placed prior to 2PM PST (Los Angeles) will usually ship out the same day if all items are in stock. Orders made after will usually be shipped out the next day. Your location will determine how long your products will get to it's destination. You can visit the UPS website to see how long it'll take to reach your location from Los Angeles (90021).
Return Instruction and Policies
- If the customer wishes to exchange the product physically in person, it is his or her responsibility to bring/send the products to our main warehouse and facility in Los Angeles. (MOA CC S.001)
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to all refused and unapproved packages. The customer may pay for return shipping charge unless otherwise noted by merchant. (MOACC S.002)
- All claims for any damage good must be made 24-48 hours upon receipt of merchandise. All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. (MOACC S.006)
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If any shipped good is returned to our location due to the customer's error, he or she will be charged for the item to be shipped again. (MOACC S.007)
- All return claims and request ought to be made as soon as possible upon receipt of merchandise. If a claim is made after 14 days, the claim request will be denied. (MOACC S.009)
