The Port 213 mission has been clear from the start:
Create and curate a line of premium streetwear for kids with the same attention to quality and creativity as men’s and women’s labels. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve never strayed from that goal, leveraging our vast experience in the fashion industry to assemble an array of clothing and accessories designed exclusively for kids and tweens from ages 4 to 16.
Our line of timelessly cool basics and unique streetwear incorporates positive messages aimed to inspire kids around the world. And to ensure a super soft product that kids will love, most of our garments go through an additional washing process.
The Port 213 line is one that parents can be proud to dress their kids in and, more importantly, that kids will be excited to wear.
Playful yet dignified. Sophisticated yet cool. Cutting edge, but in the most laid-back California kind of way.

Shipping fee is determined by courier, destination, dimension, and weight of the package. Your final invoice includes the purchase order amount and the total shipping fee.
Domestic (Within U.S.)
U.S. Orders up to $300: Free Standard shipping (5-10 business days).
US Express (2-3 busniess days) , US Overnight (1-2 business days) is available upon request with an additional charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request.
U.S. Orders Greater than $300 :
Shipping options : US Standard (3-5 business days) , US Express (2-3 busniess days) ,US Overnight (1-2 business days)
International (Outside U.S.)
Shipping options: DHL Worldwide Express (2-5 business days)
If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with most or all of your return requests.
We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected.
All return claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.
We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.
All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 10 days of approval date.
There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized or overdue returns.
Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping. *For international orders, we cannot refund duties, taxes or any shipping charges

Please include your Invoice#. in the subject line and the following information in the body: Company name, Invoice number, Style number, Size(s) & color, Quantity, Reason for return, Picture of the damaged unit(s)
