RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL sales are considered FINAL. For all returns or exchanges, an RA must be requested. No returns will be accepted without a company issued RA. ALL sales are NOT subject to a refund. There will be NO exception to the rule. Exchange or store credit ONLY. 5Besties will only accept to exchange items within 3 days of original delivery that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged by the customer. If 5Besties approves a return, a 30% restocking fee will apply. All returns must be shipped IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of RA. No store credits will be issued on items received after the 5 business day RA expiration. All returns/ exchange merchandise must be in its original packaging/condition. Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receiving merchandise. Customer must immediately provide any and all additional information required. Shipping and handling are NON REFUNDABLE. Final sale or Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. All items in our sale category have been reduced in price therefore are also final sale. Return labels will NOT be issued in any case. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items to our facility for exchanges. When returning, the RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. 5Besties does not hold merchandise unless paid for. We charge return shipping + 30% restocking fee for COD RETURN. To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
