CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or e-mail within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations need to be authorized before 3pm PST and we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the value of the cancelled merchandise for handling.
RETURN POLICY
All orders are not subject to be refunded. STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Any Hair Colors and Supply category merchandise are not subject to be refunded, return and it's all Final Sale.
- All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods.
- Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.
- Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise.
- A restocking fee, 20% of the merchandise value may be imposed on non-defective returns.
- If a package is returned in opened condition, there is an extra 10% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways under all circumstances. All shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
For damage claims, it must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise. Please take TWO [ 2 ] pictures of the damaged products and send it to us via e-mail to request a RA. One picture must be a detailed picture of the damaged part along with the style number. Upon receiving the original packaging with all parts of damaged goods, we will issue a STORE CREDIT.
