Return Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Red Lolly, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. - We charge return shipping + 30% restocking fee for COD RETURN. - "IMPORTANT NOTICE" - We do not hold merchandise over 3 days without payment. - Any return labels will NOT be issued for any reasons. It’s the customer’s responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange or return. Only damage or incorrect item return will issue a credit for the return shipping charges. If you would like to receive a store credit, please ship the item by USPS and we’ll credit you back for the postage amount you paid to return the merchandise. If the postage is not shown on the outside of the package, please include a copy of the receipt inside of the package. - All returning packages must have the RA number clearly written on the outside of the returning package. - Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. Please contact us for a Return Authorizations (RA) number and goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our company. - Final Sale /Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. All the items in our sale category has been reduced in price, therefore, they are not eligible for a return or exchange. - Shipping and handling are non-refundable. - $25.00 charge for any returned checks. - 30% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 3 days. - Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and the customer must provide with any and all additional information within 2days for full store credit. - The items must also be return /exchanged in the original packaging material. - NO store credit is issued items that were received by the customer more than 5 business days after the issued date of RA. - All returns must be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of RA. - Red Lolly will only accept return/exchange items within 3 days of the original delivery that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged by the customer. We have the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the return items for handling. - All sales are NOT subject to a refund. There will be NO Exceptions to the rule. Exchange or in house credit only. - For all returns or exchanges, must request an RA from Red Lolly. No returns will be accepted without a company issued RA.
