We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, request a return, and follow our Return policy. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. 

1. Item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it
Jewelry or accessories must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).

If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 40% of the original price will be deducted from the refund.

2. At ALAMIA, we cherish our retailers, thus we offer a 7-day try period since deliver day.  After receiving your order, you have 7 days to return for merchandise value refund no questions asked. 

15% original price will be deducted from the refund if return over 14 days from deliver or pick-up date, 30% if over 15-30days. Any order over 30days is unavailable for return or exchange. 
It may happen, that you receive inventory that is defective or damaged. In that case, please make a claim within 7 days of reception and we'll send you a replacement, refund or a credit note. Any claim, exchange and return must be approved by vendor, you’re welcome to contact us by Email SEEUINC@GMAIL.COM. At once claim accepted, vendor will email customer return shipping label. Any return without vendor's approval won't be accepted.
