**RETURN POLICY:
In general, all sales are considered final
1. Claims for any damage must be made within 7 days after the merchandise been delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please email us providing images of the damages, invoice number and company name)
2. We do not accept any return/exchange for non-defective items.
3. Return items must be in new condition and must be in a complete pack, in the original packaging with all parts included.
4. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
5. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
