*PRE ORDER*
For all the Pre-order styles, we will try our best to make it possible. But sometimes due to fabric problem, we can not make the same feeling as the picture. In that way, we will cancel that styles.
For Pre-order style, we won`t charge until the merchandise is ready to ship.
Please note: the per order date is estimated, not 100% accurate. If you want the per order item for a special even or for some certain date, please order with carefully, or leave us a note when ordering, so that we can call you to confirm before we charge.

*ORDERS*
*Pre-order Style: All pre-orders ship automatically when stock becomes available. We do not call or email before ship Pre-Order Items (Except you leave a note on the "COMMENT BOX"). And customers will not be charged any invoice until your merchandise is ready to ship. If an order includes Pre-order and In-stock styles, those In-stock items will be shipped first, unless customer request ship together (Please leave a note if you want them shipped together).
*About SHIPMENT: Once payment information is received, we'll ship out your package within 2 business day. Cut-off for the same day shipping is 3:30pm PCT. You'll receive a shipment notification with tracking number and a new invoice.
*RETURN POLICY*
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.
If returns are necessary, please send us an email within 7 days after the merchandise delivered. We will take care of your return according to the date we receive your email. We don`t accept any reutrns which customer request after 7 days.
For obtain a return successfuly, you will need to make sure: hand tags, main labels, packing bags and clothes are in original condiction.
We will not accept any items if: Altered- Odors- Ripped- Snagged- Stained- Worn- Washed- Or any other damage which is caused by the buyer or retail customer.
Claims for any damage must be made within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise, it`s customers responsibility to check the condition of the merchandise as soon as they receive it.
Merchandise must be returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers’ seal. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee. For returning, all the shipping fee are not refundable.

*CANCEL ORDER*
It must be by written request to the vendor. And the customer will need to cancel there order by themself. We don`t help customer to cancer there order.
