-Special Deliveries to freight shipping companies (other than UPS, USPS, or Fashion Domino Consolidation) have a minimum of $100 on orders.
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
-Cancellations-
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer MUST BE APPROVED by manufacturer before any order can be cancelled.
Any order cancellations requested after 24hrs upon receipt of confirmation message/email will result in a 5% cancellation charge.
-Backorders-
Items out of stock at time of initial order will automatically be placed as a Backorder. Unless specifically cancelled by the customer, backorders will ship when merchandise becomes available at customer’s expense.
-Returns-
If a return is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved by manufacturer before any merchandise can be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customer’s own expense.
All returns within 7 days of delivery will have a minimum 10% restocking fee if the merchandise is returned in unopened condition.
20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise for store credit after 7 days.
No refund, exchange or store credit will be issued after 15 days and ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship back products to our facility for exchange or store credit.
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for exchange or store credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Invoice total might not include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE (Including but not limited to all refused, unaccepted or missed package deliveries).
Any charges and/or fees applied to Ceci by a shipping carrier due to customer applying the incomplete or incorrect shipping address or information will be directly charged to the customer.
-If a customer's order is held for more than a month, the order is subject to a 5% order fee.
