Shipping / Return Information
(1) Order cancellations, returns and exchanges must requested by written form letter or email at bnsinc7@gmailcom
(2) All sales are non-refundable. We only accept exchanges or store credit.
(3) The buyer is responsible for shipping charges of returned or exchanges items.
(4) Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
(5) RA (Return Authorization) for any damages items must be made within 3 days upon receivable of merchandise. (30% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise without RA, refused and unaccepted packages (s) or passed the 5 days grace period.
(6) Items returned after 3 business days from the date received will not be accepted. All sales items are final.
(7) All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with the original packaging.
(8) If an order cancellation is necessary, email (email@example.com)or a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
(9) All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

- No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
- 30% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
- All refused COD packages will be charged the full price including all shipping and handling fees.
- $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days in a written email to firstname.lastname@example.org after receive of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

(11) In case of C.C declined, contact with in 24hours for the updates. If it fails, we file your business as a fraud and you have full responsibility for the payment to get released.
(1) Pre-order and Back-order items cannot be cancelled.
(2) Order cancellation request, with in 12hours of your order placed will be charged a restocking fee of 25% from your order item. All cancellation request must be made in a written email to email@example.com
