RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt return or exchange.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 DAYS of receipt for store credit only. Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE'S PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Merchandise returned AFTER the 7 day return policy has a 20% restocking fee. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.
*REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE - ONLY STORE CREDIT IS AVAILABLE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
*ALL CLEARANCE ITMES ARE FINAL SALE - THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS (RA#)
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- We do our best to ship items within 2 business days & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order,
but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
- Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE SUBMITTING IT.
- We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
- If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the
package again.
- Pre-orders will be left as back orders and we will be shipping out once the goods are in - on the expected dates.
