Shipping Charges
Our products are all made in South Korea. International shipping fees must be covered by the customer. We will contact you as soon as you place your order to coordinate with the shipment payment and method. We can get quotations from DHL or UPS.
Shipping Policies
TIAD ships prepaid orders and invoices you for the charge. We will be emailing you for such circumstances.
DHL or UPS is used whenever possible. However “Common Carrier” can be selected in special cases.
Shipping Time
Usually all orders will be delivered in USA between 3-10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Return Policy
Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail).
No cancellations accepted after shipment.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date, on unopened packages with original manufacturer`s seal.
Customer will assume return shipping costs.
Returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only (applies only within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 business days from confirmed order delivery date.
