Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects that are reported within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise. Any items returned for defects must be in their original, unworn condition and original packaging with all necessary accessories, including the inner cases and outer boxes. If any of these requirements are not met, the customer will assume a 30% restocking fee. Once received and inspected, if the items are not deemed to be defective, the customer will assume an additional restocking fee.
In order to report any returns, please send an email within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise. Only returns reported to this email address will be accepted. Returns reported using the messaging system or phone calls will not be taken into consideration. Returns must be authorized.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within one 1-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by FedEx usually, unless other arrangements have been made. We provide trucking shipping method right now. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Please note that shipping & handle fees are non-refundable. For 3rd party shipping or using customer’s shipping acct to ship, we charge $10/location for shipping handling fee.
Shipping delays may occur during COV-19, holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, address correction, etc.
