• Store credit and exchanges only
• All promotional and sale items are final sale
• All returns must be in its original condition and in its original form of packaging to be eligible for exchange. Any other returns may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25% of merchandise value.
• Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags in place and in its original packaging
• All return request or claims of any issues must be made within 2 days from the receipt of goods.
• All returns must be post marked within 2 days from the date return authorization is issued.
• If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order may be cancelled.
• No returns accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA#) number. RA#’s issued only by our sales office. Email Sales@editbynine.com to request RA#.
• Customer has to pay for return shipping unless it is damaged or wrong item.
• There will be absolutely no returns allowed for special orders, merchandise that have been worn or damaged due to customer’s negligence.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages for all returns. Using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance is recommended
• Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected before store credit is issued in the amount paid after discount or reward was applied to the returned items(s) (Excludes any original shipping charges paid by you and the return shipping costs)
