RETURN POLICY

Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. All return items must be in original condition and packaging. We do not accept anything that has been washed, altered and/or damaged that is not a manufacturer’s defect. All items have undergone an extensive quality control inspection prior to shipment. Incomplete pre-pack(s) and unauthorized returns will be refused for a return. The buyer has to cover the original and return shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the price we paid for shipping the items to you will be deducted from the store credit. Buyer will be responsible for returning the items to our facility. To receive an RA, send an email with “RA REQUEST” in the subject line, and the following information in the body:

• Company Name
• Address
• Invoice Number
• Style Number
• Size and Color
• Quantity
• Reason for Return

Store credit will be issued once we receive the items and they have been inspected by our return department.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We advise all customers to check their order immediately upon delivery to ensure the quantity and style are correct and that there are no damages. All damage claims must be made with 2 days of receipt. All damages and incorrectly shipped items must be mailed back to us within 10 days of receiving the RA (return authorization) number. Returns without an RA will be refused.

To receive an RA for defective items, please email us the above information and pictures of the defective items.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed by 10 a.m. (PST) will be shipped out same business day once payment clears. And orders placed after this time will be shipped out the following business day. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, contact us before our daily shipment cut off time, which is 1 p.m. (PST). We cannot cancel or make any changes after that time. No cancellation accepted after shipment. Please check your shipping/billing address before placing your order. We are not responsible shipping to wrong address. If you have an important message or request about your order that we should know about, please leave it in the PO order note or you can always reach us by email or phone.

If you order pre-order item(s) with an in-stock item(s), we will ship in-stock item(s) first. And then we will ship the pre-order item(s) as they become available. If you wish to ship all of your items together, please let us know by leaving a note on the PO or email us.

ETA is just an estimated time of arrival only. ETA may be delayed up to 14 business days.
