**SHIPPING: It takes about 2-3 business days for us to ship out from order date at the moment. 

**RETURN POLICY:
1. Only store credit will be issued for returns & damaged claims, regardless of reason.
2. If the items have shipped, a refund or cancellation request will not be available. 
3. Packages once sent can not be intercepted or rerouted.
4. To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by EMAIL or sending a MESSAGE through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
5. Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days after receiving the merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please email us providing images of the damages, invoice number and company name) 
6. Return items must be in sellable condition and must be in a complete pack, in the original packaging with all parts included. 
7. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee. 
8. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
