Shipping Policy:
Orders will generally be shipped in 8-10 days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
Return Policy:
1. Any goods in transit are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
2. All Sales are considered final unless items sent out by FASHIONLINE are defective and must be contacted to exchange within 7 days of receiving goods. Please contact us via message or phone to submit an exchange/return request.
3. All requests will be authorized or declined within 7 days of submission.
Cancelation Policy:
To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the message system. Cancellation requests should be made within 72 hours of order confirmation. CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE ORDER COMPLETION AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE UP TO 15% OF THE VALUE OF THE CANCELED MERCHANDISE FOR HANDLING. CONFIRMED CANCELLATIONS WILL BE REFLECTED IN THE "ORDER STATUS" SECTION UNDER "STATUS" AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN APPROVED.
