Most orders received by 1:00PM PST on a business day will ship that same day depending on stock availability and received payment.   

Regarding orders that have items not in stock: we will by default ship what we have and place the items not in stock on backorder and ship them as stock becomes available. If you wish for us to combine the shipment into one shipment when all items are available, please mention that in the order comments at the time you place the order, else email or message us with your instructions.

Merchandise must be returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers’ seal. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 20% restocking fee.

All sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods.
