Return Policy (to be checked immediately):
All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges, replacements, and/or store credit will be given. Any claims such as shortage of merchandise, damages, cancellations, returns and/or exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase. No returns will be allowed if packs are broken and/or are not in its original packaging and condition. Only manufactured damages will be approved via e-mail, phone call and/or in store visit. If there is a store credit, then it will only be applied with proper paperwork. No returns and/or damages will be accepted after 30 days.
Store Credit Memo Policy
Store credit CANNOT be redeemed for CASH. Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR after the receiving date. The Company reserves the right to change this policy from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the store will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any change to our store credit policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on our showroom.
