All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
We only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. If so, please email us clear photos of the defective item within one week of receiving your purchase.
Damaged items must be reported and unworn within 5 days of the shipping confirmation receipt.
The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All refunds are given as store credit only.
Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department.
All return items must be un-worn, un-washed- un-altered, smoke-free, and have the original tags attached.
If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up on them, you WILL NOT be given any store credit.
If we receive an item that does not comply with our return policy your return will be denied and may be charged a 20%-50% restock fee.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS(RA#)
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
