Retrun Policy
• All returns(defective or non-defective) are for STORE CREDIT only, no refunds.
• All Sale items are final and no refund will be accepted. Sale items are not eligible for free shipping.
• Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on defective merchandise from the day of receiving products.
• Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on non-defective merchandise from the day of receiving products.
• Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear any stains, your return will not be accepted and shipped back on buyer's cost.
• This vendor doesn't allow returns on sale items.
• This vendor is responsible for return shipping fees of defective merchandise.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective merchandise.
• Return shipping for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted packages is charged to the buyer.
• In order to return, a RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required.
• In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, order date, company
name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, pictures.
Cancellation Policy
• Buyers have 7 days to make a cancellation claim from the date of placing orders.
• If an order cancellations is necessary after the order has been processed or shipped, a written request to vendor must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
• Buyer who cancels processed or shipped orders without a written request will be given Warning Notice.
