In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Damaged items Policy
If products have defects or damage during transit, you may claim them within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact us with company info, invoice number, and detailed reason for return/exchange prior to returning the package to get a return authorization. Only after issued a return authorization number, you can return damaged items. Returned items should be in new and unused conditions except for damaged parts.
You can cancel any order before we change the order status to processing. If you want to cancel your order after the order is being processed, just contact us. If the order status is shipped, we can't help with your order cancellation.
